Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Approve it with PayPal, cancel before it ends. If you don't cancel, your plan starts billing when the trial ends.
Do plans renew automatically?
Yes. Annual plans renew every year and monthly plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How many fax numbers do I get?
Every paid plan includes one fax number with each seat. Pro and Business have one seat. Enterprise has 10 seats, so up to 10 included numbers. A Free account sends from our shared number and has no number of its own. The free trial includes one number. Need more? Extra numbers are $5.00 a month each.
Are toll-free (800) numbers or minutes included with my plan?
Toll-free (800) fax numbers are optional on paid plans. A toll-free number counts as one of your fax numbers, the same as a local number: it can be the one included with a seat, or an extra number. Incoming toll-free calls also cost $0.05 per minute for calls from the US and Canada, billed in 6-second increments. Calls from Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and outside North America are billed at a higher rate shown on your invoice, or may be blocked. Toll-free minutes are not part of “Unlimited.”
