Is Unlimited Faxing working?

This page covers what you use: sending and receiving faxes, documents, templates, signatures, fax numbers, and the API. If something here is down, we post a note on this page.

• Your account — sign-in, fax history, documents, templates, and signatures on unlimitedfaxing.com.
• Fax — faxes you send and receive, including faxes sent from email when that's set up.
• Fax numbers and office machines — numbers on your account, and office fax machines a team owner has connected.
• API — /api/v1 for keys you create under Account.

If you can't sign in, or a fax stays on Sending, check how much of your plan you've used on the Billing page, and the fax in your list. Next, email support@unlimitedfaxing.com if it still isn't moving. Platform-wide incidents are listed below when confirmed.
