Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Unlimited Faxing (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Unlimited Faxing lets you send and receive faxes online, store documents, and collect signatures. Features and prices can change. We sometimes pause the site briefly for maintenance. When that happens, try again in a few minutes.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms (typically 18+ or authorized on behalf of an organization).
3. Plans, billing & “unlimited”
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your agreement. Plans labeled “Unlimited” are subject to fair-use limits described in the Acceptable Use Policy. Toll-free (800) fax numbers are optional on paid plans. A toll-free number counts as one of your fax numbers, the same as a local number: it can be the one included with a seat, or an extra number. Incoming toll-free calls also cost $0.05 per minute for calls from the US and Canada, billed in 6-second increments. Calls from Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and outside North America are billed at a higher rate shown on your invoice, or may be blocked. Toll-free minutes are not part of “Unlimited.” We may rate-limit, throttle, or suspend accounts that exceed reasonable business use or violate the AUP.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to fax the content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include illegal content, unsolicited bulk faxing, harassment, and attempts to disrupt the Service.
6. Availability & delivery
A fax can fail if the other machine is off, the number is wrong, or the document is hard to read. We do not promise that every fax will go through. The status on your fax shows the latest information we have. If a fax does not go through, check the number and send it again.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for AUP violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data per our retention practices.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
