These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Unlimited Faxing (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Unlimited Faxing provides a web portal to send and receive facsimile documents online. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts access.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms (typically 18+ or authorized on behalf of an organization).
3. Plans, billing & “unlimited”
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your agreement. Plans labeled “Unlimited” are subject to fair-use limits described in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may rate-limit, throttle, or suspend accounts that exceed reasonable business use or violate the AUP.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to fax the content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include illegal content, unsolicited bulk faxing, harassment, and attempts to disrupt the Service.
6. Availability & delivery
Fax delivery depends on destination equipment, carrier networks, and document quality. We do not guarantee that every fax will succeed. Status in the portal reflects our best available information.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for AUP violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data per our retention practices.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
