How to fax from Outlook

You can send and receive faxes right from Outlook. There's no add-in and no fax modem, just email.

Set it up

  1. Start a free trial (approve with PayPal, cancel before it ends).
  2. Turn on email-to-fax in your settings and verify the Outlook address you'll send from.

Send

  1. Create a new email in Outlook.
  2. Address it to the fax number at our fax domain, as shown on your settings page.
  3. Attach the document and send.
  4. You'll get an email when the fax is delivered.

Receive

With a fax number and fax-to-email turned on, each incoming fax arrives in Outlook as a PDF. You can also see every fax in your online fax list.
